We understand that there may come a time to return a purchase and we aim to make the returns process as simple as possible.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.
Conditions of return
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the original tags and labels attached.

Refunds
After receiving your item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow at least 1 days from the receipt of your item/s for your return to be processed.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping — Cyprus We deliver throughout Cyprus via courier. Orders over €49 qualify for free shipping. For orders below €49, a standard shipping fee applies at checkout.
Shipping to Greece We ship to Greece via courier. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
